At Yaseen, we strive to ensure the highest quality standards for all products supplied. As we primarily deal with construction materials and bulk industrial supplies, our return and refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of our products and logistics.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched or customized, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative charges.
2. Returns
Due to the industrial and bulk nature of our products:
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom-made, special-order, or bulk-discounted items are non-returnable.

Photos of the issue
Delivery date
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
Damaged goods
Incorrect product
Manufacturing defects
Please notify us immediately with supporting photographs. After verification:
Replacement will be arranged, or
Refund will be processed as per approval.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed:
Within 7–14 business days
To the original method of payment
After inspection and approval of returned goods (if applicable)
Shipping charges, customs duties, and logistics fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used materials
Custom-sized products
Special bulk orders
Clearance or discounted stock
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
6. International Orders
For export shipments:
Buyers are responsible for import regulations, duties, and customs clearance.
Returns from international destinations may not be accepted unless approved in writing.
Freight and return logistics costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
